DRSi’s roots are in reprographics, and we know construction printing better than anyone.  Our team goes beyond just printing your large format documents – we check your architectural drawings for accuracy to ensure fonts show up correctly, ensure title blocks are present for all pages and check alignment for all pages.  In addition to black-and-white, we offer economical color printing that conveys additional detail in your drawings and water-resistant plans that can stand up to our wet Pacific Northwest weather.  Whether you need full plan sets or just a few sheets, full size or half size, color or black-and-white, we’ll make it happen. 

File Preparation

Please send PDF files.  To send multiple files, please send a zipped file.  Max upload size is 1GB, and uploads of larger files may take several minutes - please be patient!  Do not reduce file size, as this will degrade the quality of your prints.  Max file name length is 90 characters; if your file name is longer than this, please rename before uploading.

• Size
  • Full size: We will print your sheets in their original size
  • Half size: Sheets will be reduced to half their original size
  • Custom: Note requested size in the "Additional Instructions" and sheets will be printed "fit to page"
  • Note: Standard sheet sizes are as follows:
    • 12x18 (Arch B)
    • 11x17 (Ansi B)
    • 17x22 (Ansi C)
    • 18x24 (Arch C)
    • 22x34 (Ansi D)
    • 24x36 (Arch D)
    • 30x42 (Arch E1)
    • 34x44 (Ansi E)
    • 36x48 (Arch E)

• Color
  • B&W: All pages printed in black ink
  • Color: Any sheets with color will be printed in color ink; color rates will not be charged for any sheets that are black only
• Media
  • 20# ColorPro bond: Our standard paper - higher quality than your typical bond, specifically selected by DRSi to reproduce the crispest lines and most accurate color
  • Rhino: Weather-resistant, super tough polypropylene-based material; great for job sites and outdoor use
  • Mylar: 4mil Mylar, archival material often requested by cities
• Binding
  • Loose: No binding mechanism
  • Staple: Stapled along the left edge; available for up to 170 sheets
  • Edge bind: Cardstock wrapped around left edge and stapled to protect edges and provide structure; available for up to 170 sheets
  • Screw post: Rigid plastic strip and aluminum screw posts along left edge; best for sets of 50 or more sheets
• Folding
  • Sheet fold: Each sheet is individually folded, then stacked together with other sheets
  • Set fold: Sheets are folded together for one finished folded package
